In general the staff were nice and affable. The hotel's location was exceptionally nice and excellent, very close to the National Park with local supermarkets and supermarkets within walking distance.

Easy self-check-in process and comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Great location as a base to explore Pingvellir, Geysir, and Gulfoss. María was amazing and quickly resolved our issue with the water kettle. Close proximity to Fontana Spa, lake foreshore, and bubbling water for a relaxing experience. Welcome chocolate was a nice touch.
